Every year, the Commando Helicopter Force sends crews and aircraft for training up to the Norwegian air base at Bardufoss. They call their bit of the base 'clockwork' and the courses run are Cold Weather Survival and Cold Weather Warfare.

Dave Calderwood joined the Royal Navy on HMS Ark Royal to find out what the training involved.
